Jake's Saloon is a restaurant bar on 206 W 23rd St (between 7th and 8th Ave). It has bathrooms in the back for men and women. The mens bathroom is large with a stall and a couple urinals, working sinks with hot water and a hand dryer. The bathroom was pretty dirty, someone pissed on the floor and there was puke in the corner. Minus these unfortuneate additions it has the potential to get and "A" rating.
