Uptown Lounge is at 1576 3rd Ave (at 88th Street). There's mens and womens bathrooms. The mens room has a stall and two urinals. Large bathroom with functional sink + hot water, hand towels and the bathroom was clean.
Cool bar with good atmosphere. More of an upscale place, good food, recommended.
