The Black Door is at 127 W 26th St (btw 6th and 7th Avenue). There are three unisex single stall bathrooms near the back. Nice bathrooms, plenty of space, sinks with hot water and towels.

Nice bathrooms, plenty of space, sinks with hot water and towels.I like the Black Door. It can be loud but a good place with good space, recommended. Good bartenders too, after a couple rounds they've given me drinks on the house; and on more than a couple occasions.
